1 large onion.
1 large bell pepper.
1 hot pepper(optional).
1 tbsp ginger.
1 tbsp garlic.
1 tsp black pepper.
1 tsp salt.
1 tbsp garlic powder.
1 tbsp onion powder.
2 tbsp paprika.
2 tbsp bbq rub.
2 tbsp all purpose seasoning.
pimento seeds.
1 tsp vinegar.
1 box cooking stock.
barbecue sauce.
thyme.
scallion.
parsley.
1 cup seasoned bread crumb’s.

Baked @400*.
4 hours.
cook until meat is soft and tender
